We found Allen Industries and the repair process was very simple and easy, so I sent one Rohde & Schwarz analyzer to get an idea of the fluidity of the repair and communication process. It was great, I received a Service Request Form and the process begun. I received a quote three days after I sent the analyzer. I agreed to the quote whic was less than a quarter of the cost.
